PAYMENT TERMS
In consideration of grant of subscription of any Plan, Package or Service or purchase of the same, the user shall pay to Nirvachanguru.com or on https://digitalservices.nirvachanguru.com, on advance basis and the payments as set out below :
The subscription period or the purchase period of the Solution or Service shall commence from the Subscription Commencement or Purchase Date and shall continue until the Subscription End Date, unless agreed otherwise between the Parties. On the Subscription Commencement/ Purchase Date, the Client agrees to provide appropriate details for nirvachanguru.com to process the payment of a non-transferable, non-refundable fee for subscribing the Solution, at the end of the Trial Period, if any. The Client shall make the payment of the amount as indicated on www.nirvachanguru.com or on https://digitalservices.nirvachanguru.com for the Subscription of any Plan, Package or services.
All payments stipulated under these Terms & Condition are exclusive of all government levies and taxes and all applicable taxes and charges payable on the Fees, including any goods and service tax, shall be borne by the Client at all times. The Client shall additionally bear to its own account all other taxes, as may be applicable, for payments made to nirvachanguru.com or on its subdomains pursuant to these Terms of Use.
REFUND POLICY
Our payment terms are 100% advance of the serices sought/ purchased from nirvachanguru.com and digitalservices.nirvachangurur.com are non refrundable. Chrges of the services / product and packages are available on site as well as directly through phone, email and whatsapp and such communications. A product/ services once sold/ availed against payment are non negotiable and non refundable thereafter. Various charges and rates are available on site and on demand which may or may not include development charges, setup costs, recurring cost and others, which depends on case to case basis, generally these add ons/ development/ setup charges are extra.
However, there may be situations beyond our control because of which services may have some effect in implementation. In case we fail to provide as sold and as per contract terms, subject to force majure clause, then only in special cases, one can apply for a refund at sales@nirvachanguru.com which may be dealt on case to case basis, which will be dealt accordingly withour prejudice and accordingly refund or no refund may be decided.
Limited License

After successful uploading of the required documents, the activation may take time from 6 to 8 hours depending upon server, technology & Internet and confirmation from the service providers.
